Policy Statement
All first and second year students, including transfers, are required to reside in University housing unless individual exemption is obtained. Third year transfer students, graduate students and upperclassmen are offered housing, provided space is available. The Student Housing Terms and Conditions, printed annually and obtainable from the Office of Housing, Meal Plan, and ID Card Services, clarifies all responsibilities and obligations pertinent to any person who is residing in University Housing.
