Policy Statement
Equipment owned, leased, or in the care, custody, or control of the University is to be used on University premises in the performance of University functions.
Use of equipment (capitalized cost $5,000 or more) off University premises must be in accordance with University procedures for such temporary use. Procedures and authorized forms for such use are available in the Comptroller’s Office.
